I just noticed I had one account that was suspended. Not sure if it had to do with me not logging in for over 10 months?

my account got suspended to it let me get 3000 max points so I did I played every day and ordered a lot now its suspended I'm sad and I live alone and only have one account so I don't know I was excited for the stuff to come

Email them and ask them why you were suspended...don't explain a lot--just ask them why. The last time this happened to me it was because my first name was only an initial, and they wanted a full name.
Sometimes it is just a glitch and just sending them an email can help.

There were 4 large envelopes in our mailbox from Chapman’s, 2 calendars and 2 books. I only ordered one of each, so there was an error on their part.
The book was made of good quality materials, but the last page contained some obvious errors.

I just got the exact same items in the mail today and I only ordered 1 of each as well. I didn't notice any errors with our book(s) and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size.

Is there something going on at Chapmans? The past couple of weeks when i play the puzzle, it only gives 40 points and there are hardly any prizes and no points values marked. Is anyone else having these problems or is it just me? This all started right after i redeemed points for 3 notepads.

And today, after i played the puzzle game, i was told i have reached a total of 20,000 points and i would have to redeem points to continue. I dont have 20,000 points; i only have 9,000 points. I emailed them to ask what is going on and if they rectify the situation.

I don't know how many points you are supposed to get with the puzzle so I can't comment on that. However, when I just tried, it stated I won 140 points. I also see point values marked for the prizes. I do agree that there are not many prizes as the moment. They may have a lot of redemptions at the moment or maybe they are sourcing some new prizes.
