What are you thankful for today?

I AM THANKFUL TO BE BACK TO WORK (first day back today)....


KIDDING!!!! I have been dreading this day since September 01, but it will be good to get back to a regular schedule with work (and get paid again.... was on leave without pay in order to spend the past 3 months with my kids). I have no regrets being off for the summer, the only regret I have is that summer is over and my kids are all back into school..... At least in 3 months I have a week and half off for Christmas break, 3 months after that I have a week off for March Break, then 3 months after that I can take my unpaid leave and spend summer 2013 with my wonderful children.

I am thankful that I was able to have a completely natural and drug free labour. Baby Leo is healthy and I am healing.

To kick my ass and had managed to get rib of two problems todays
Moving boxes...
And the most important ...fixing my computer myself with a friend good adress to fix the anti-virus and junk and speed and space...now my pc work like a charm...good speed like brand new...at 0$ FREE...no more time wasted and grind my gear of *?(*&(*......I love that!!!I should had done this before....

I am very thankful for spending my brithday on sunday with my parents and my 2 kids.....i can't ask for anything better than that

It's pouring outside; rain has been dumping down off and on all day. Although I did a PhD researching homelessness and over-think it a lot, I just realized this afternoon how thankful I am that there is a roof over my head and four walls around me as the rain comes pouring down outside.

I am also thankful that my one remaining kitty is here to keep me company; we've both been leaning on each other to fill the gap since my sweet Sherry cat had to be put down... We still both miss her a lot, but cat cuddles have an amazing power to make everything better.

both my sons were in trouble at school this week (not typical). I need to remind myself that I have two healthy happy children, but I am thankful school is done for both and the chances of a call from a principal are slim.
