Tonight is either crepes with pumpkin filling or poached eggs and garlic toast. Yes, very different things but I can't decide between the two! Either way, the side dish is roasted parsnips and carrots, which I think will be a fine accompaniment to whatever I decide to put on the table. I am baking the pumpkin filling right now, regardless of what my end meal choice is. As I see it, it's a win-win as I will just eat it with a spoon over the weekend if I don't make the crepes

I am normally not so indecisive and can get supper figured out without too much fretting, but that's just not happening today.

    UGGHHH!! That place looks awesome!
I guess I totally missed out when I was in that area (trekking, haha) a couple years ago! I love Arizona.
Kind of in love with Sedona, especially!

    Janetta,

We went to Sedona last time we were here on the way back from the Grand Canyon and we fell in love with it. There is no way to describe just how beautiful it is

If you ever make it back to AZ then check out Pro Ranch Market. They have several locations. We went to the one in Mesa.

I ate 2 small slices from DS's stoopid " walk in Pizza Pizza " deal that he had sitting on the table when I came in from work.
It was not as good as I thought it would be, so next time would someone remind me of that? lol

Does a slice of Costco pumpkin pie count? It was delish (haven't had it in about 4 years) but what was I thinking!? it is only the two of us and I didn't even make a dent in it.
