Lost 1.5lbs this past week but I think it's more attributed to stress than healthy eating.

Great news is, we're finally getting public transportation in my town (on my street, woohoo!). Rather than driving into work, I'll be taking th ebus right downtown and walking to and from work and the bus terminal. Should be about 1.5hrs of walking (what I'd normally spend sitting in traffic). I'm soooo happy .

no ! no ! i didn't forget the wheighing day....my scale is on stike since yesterday....i'll get it a new battery tomorrow and step on it if it is what it need.....otherwise, i'll need to shop for a new one ....

no change, but my fault.... made a few batches of homemade bread and been eating nothing but carbs..

guess it coulda been worse, but feeling stressed with my bro in hospital, so I dont care too much about not losing.... promise after the insanity levels go down a notch, I will try to get my stress eating in check and see that darn scale go down a smidge or two...

I haven't been online in the last few weeks to weigh in, couldn't tell you if I'm up or down but could probably assume up. I have been having seizures again and going through oodles of tests. EEG this Wed with MRI coming up so I will sadly just bow out of this challenge now. Goodluck to those still "in it to win it"!

I am sorry to hear you are having a bad time with you're epilepsy. Good luck with the tests, I hope everything works out for you.

I think this week is a bit tougher for me because it's my birthday and I did have one piece of cake, they surprised me at the resto I got to, my dad told the owner it was my birthday, they are friends of mine lol, but it's the going out to supper that is tough. I am going on Sunday with friends. Should be interesting. I did not get ot pick the resto so I have no clue if they have veggie dishes. My DH is in Seattle this week and he is having a tough time finding veggie meals. You would think the west coast is a little more trendy than elsewhere but nope. Steakhouse U.S.A. lol

I said to him don't they know what veggies are. He said they do but they don't eat any.

Down 2lbs so I'm back where i was before. These last 10 lbs are driving me nuts (I get down 2 lbs by mid week and then by the weekend gain 'em back)

At least I'm seeing numbers on the scale I haven't seen 6 or 7 years! and not going back up really at all.
