Tick sorry to hear about your family. My uncle has Alzheimers. I was back east in June for 1 month. After I left he went down hill fast. Last month he had a mini stroke. My aunt told me that come Monday hospice will be coming out. Please know your family is in my prayers.

Thanks everyone. I think the hardest part is not being able to do anything. I feel so powerless and am emotionally drained. So glad I have my furkids to hug the crap out of when I am home.
The dogs are pushovers and let me do anything to them but I'd be afraid to dress up my cat. I am sure he would attack me as I slept if I did. lol

Thanks, Love2
Hubby thought it was hilarous, and kept telling me to "Stop worrying about the freaking pants" cause he'll buy me some more.
LOL
Oh Tick, I am so sorry you are so stressed! Alzhiemers took 3 of the older folks in my family, and it was so hard. And waiting for test results for anything is terrible, much less a cancer test. You and your family will be in my prayers!
Thanks Kekes.. I'm so glad everyone thinks its funny and not wierd! LOL
Your cat would definately do something like that. We got a set of witch booties and a hat for the cat from the dollar store, and we put them on her. She was very serene for about 30 seconds, since then she's been hiding between the floor joists under my daughter's closet (her favorite place) and I think she's plotting our demise.
HUGS to everyone, and thank you for all the great comments on my belly.
You all rockWhat an awesome little family we have here!

I went back through the posts and gave rep where I could (been too busy voting to do it before).
Hope everyone is having a fun Saturday night, or at least a more exciting one than the one I'm having, obsessively endlessly voting.
By the way, I don't think there's downvoting going on - when I entered, I was given a 1 out of 5 (glitch with the contest?) and it only went up slightly when I voted for myself to see if it worked. Now it's up quite a bit, so thanks for all the votes!
I'm still confused as to why sometimes things work and sometimes not, but hey I'm always confused. Just ask the brats. ;-)

Not that I have a shot at winning the contest, but has anyone noticed that the prizes really aren't geared towards the little ones. Or are kids starting to shave at an earlier age?
