DH had to do it, cause the kids were NOT doing it, just smearing paint on my belly.
I got the idea from some belly painting websites, ones that said "This one isn't too messy if you try it" well that was a huge lie. Ruined 1 pair of pants and a tshirt. LOL
Guess I shouldn't have used halloween face paint, should have used some poster paints or something ;b

OMG!! OUCH!! I got a kitty down around my ankle. He started playing with my dress, then he started kissing my foot then he is attacking my ankle, then he gives it kisses. What a little nut lol. HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all.

Aphena, you probably have trigger points(not to be confused with pressure points) Many times in cases of sciatica, the tp's are in the piriformis muscle, one of your hip rotaters. Any stretching or exercise can highly irritate them until they are deactivated.
More info to come, will have to think of the best way for you to treat it. You can do this yourself. First though, do you have any disc problems in your lower back, have you had an MRI?(Not trying to scare, it's actually not usually a disc problem, but often that's what a doc will tell you it is)

LMFAO... I am a speeder, BIG TIME! I have never ever been pulled over... NEVER EVER gotten a ticket. I have a reputation with law enforcement here. They just smile and wave me to slow down. Now my kids dad gets ticket all the time. I have had a friend with me she was horrified back in March when a cop had the road closed and I did not know another way around. He yelled at me and told told me to move on he did not have time to help me and did not care that I was not from around there. So he royally PISSED me off I smoked the tires and kicked rocks, dust and anything else on him yelled at him F YOU I don't have the time to OBEY YOUR RULES AND LAWS! Then I drove myself to the jail and sat he motioned for me to go on.. My 48 year old neighbor was having a heart attack. All she could say was OMG great get us thrown in jail.. Her hubby could not believe nothing happened to us.. LMFAO

I was surprised at how quick they can move! He darted into my hair and it took some prodding to get him to come out!
