I got my pizza and the one with tuna and green olives with garlic sauce is so good. I like salty and this is perfect and tasty. I also usually get thin crust so not so doughy.

    mmmm pizza!

I got out of cooking again tonight! lol. DH decided he wants homemade burgers and he apparently is the BBQ'er of the house so he's in charge of dinner. He's also making homemade fries (or I guess potato chips).

    It's the 5th night in a row I haven't cooked! I'm sooooo lovin' it.

Spent 2 hours in a waiting room today while DH did testing for work. SO BORING! He thought it was a simple urine test (drug free job) but they wanted a ridiculous physical too. Afterwards he kept describing things the nurse made him do and it sounded hilarious! I wish I was in the room to watch. hahahaha.

My fav would have been watching him lean on a 60 degree angle for 10 minutes without touching anything. Sounds like a mini Survivor challenge. hahaha. Why they want to know if he can do that is beyond me. lol.

If I know the appointment will take awhile I bring a book or something.

DH was told it would be in and out so that's what he told me. Of course he insisted I go with him, but I sat in the waiting room while he went in.

I should add it was in a private office so there was NO ONE there besides me in the 2 seat waiting room and the secretary who wasn't very friendly. They didn't have a restroom or magazines or anything. It was 2 hours of me sitting there doing NOTHING, thinking of everything I could be doing from my "to do list". lol

Speaking of physicals...hubby and I went to ours today, and our doc got called out to an emergency. He's also a coroner, so that may have been it. So...we could wait the "hour", or re-schedule. We re-scheduled for next September! Whew! got away with another one!! We do have appts in February just for giggles...but I have a funny feeling it won't just be that for me...sigh....So we did some running around....

DD couldn't find a PLAIN navy scarf for their little guy so instead of knitting one, I found THE softest fleece fabric and sewed it double and fringed it and it looks so professional! And much warmer than a knitted one. Yay!

Bought more fabric to make matching quilted coasters for the spring table runner I sewed for SIL who wanted one 'someday' from me.......other than that...NFL on tonight!!

Lola...your poor hubby and poor you!! Although...it would have been fun if you could have pointed and laughed...hehehe...

Walks..sigh....what will your new kitteh be wearing this Christmas, poor thing? He's adorable.....and so lucky to have you for his Mommy!!

Hope everyone had a great evening!!

Well you know we really do have to control our gushing over Hamlet, because the other pets see the attention is NOT on them.
Other than waiting out the 2 weeks or so that we will have him " quarantined " in DD's room, vet is concerned about rabies as we do not really know his health history.
Other than that, I am outfit shopping for him for sure!! lol

Reminds me of a story... we used to have a huge black and white cat that lived outside (we live on a farm so we have lots of kitties milling around!) and he was a big sweet baby. I was sitting out on the deck one night and I thought I saw him under the car... so I walked down the steps and peeked my head under and started calling "kitty kitty"... and the biggest skunk I have ever seen came waddling out I walked up the steps backwards because I didn't want to take my eyes off him LOL. Stupid thing!
