    For lunch I had fettuccinne and chicken tomato sauce with veggie and cheese
    For supper not to hungry a ''quiche of veggies'' green salad with cucumbers ,tomatoes,cheese an for dessert fruits cake and gingerbread cookies.
    I did som testing at my store before lunch the chocolate cake,meats and cheese was awesome

    I had half of a 9 inch garden pita from pita pit.
    On whole wheat, stuffed with romaine, spinach, onion, peppers, mushrooms, green olives, cucumber, sprouts and light ranch dressing.....yummy!

    a fried rice of sorts - mushrooms, onions and green peppers with garlic sauteed and some white rice added in. my kids were having a difficult afternoon so they had 1 of their favs, ketchup with KD and weiners

    I ended up having a sammy at Safeway last night since we were out running errands anyways. The Chicken/Artichoke hot sammy is YUMMY

    Tonight I did the creamy tomato soup. I did follow the recipe BUT had to add some hit sauce and more pepper for more heat. Mmmmmmm grilled cheese,pickels,ketchup and soup Filling, yummy and perfect for a cold night!
