It will fit a 15 pound turkey in it. You just set it on a table or counter and plug it in. It has temp setting from 150 to 450. And they do work great, especially outside. I've had mine for 6 years now and I don't know what I'd do with out. If your a camper, but still like to make nice meals, you NEED one of these. It's an oven, not a slow cooker. You can set your roaster or cake pan inside of it, or, it comes with a liner that you could use if you were making a big roast, ham or turkey. Down south here, everyone has one. They are amazing.

I'm down in the lower Rio Grande Valley for the winter. We're in Mission Texas, about 5 minutes from Mexico, and winter is over and it's now spring, and a really hot one at that. the temps have been in the 90's for 4 days straight, even though they have only been calling for mid to upper 80's I have many health issues and we come south every winter (with the exception of last winter as I was to sick)

Well, my bread turned out perfect. I had to take it out about 5 minutes early, and I'm positive that was because of the heat outside as well. Tasted great as usual (as per dh) and he's so happy to have his homemade bread and more bran muffins. I put blueberries in some of the and then added cranberries to the others.

I did some freezer baking since Thursday in preparation for going back to work. I made a batch of apple oatmeal squares, choco-PB crunchy granola bars, baked apple oatmeal with butterscotch chips, and an apple loaf/muffins that didn't really turn out. Those one are edible, but I wouldn't feed them to guests - have that funny eggy taste I find baking soda sometimes gives things. Something went wrong somewhere, but they are fine for us.

I just picked up 3 $1/lb hams from No Frills today. I plan on baking one tomorrow. If I am feeling ambitious I will make apple crisp to go with it.
