If you get a replacement envie from someone, I would leave a neutral (or positive if they did send it right away and with a fair trade in cases where you think CP honestly did lose it)

I see lots of traders aren't happy with the length of time that other traders take to mail out the end of the trade. Whenever I make a trade, I'm always very specific about when I would like my end of the trade mailed..." are you able to mail out my envelope tomorrow? " That way, I know exactly when it's going out, and when I should expect to receive it. If it doesn't arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, I like to start a conversation so we are both aware of what's happening, even if it is the fault of CP. I find that communication is the absolute best way to keep a trade on track, no matter how big or small the trade.

I agree here but it becomes difficult if traders do not log in and ignore you altogether.

not sure if it helps or not.. but i often check with the trading page where it lists top traders and those not so.. just to make sure the person im interested in trading with is 'cool'.

just letting you guys know I left a negative for trish1980 although it kills me to do so but my birthday train was in early Oct 2012, she was the first rider the card was sent to, she says she never got it, ok I sent out another card going the opposite way so she was the last rider - she did acknowledge she received it and that she was mailing it home (verified threw Jezebel via facebook) and still to this day it is MIA - she says as of today that she will mail a replacement so when that is received I will update so the rating can be changed

I have given more than enough time and I am sorry everyone else's wonderful gifts to me had been lost
