    Need to keep myself really busy this afternoon and evening so I plan on doing several loaves of bread. Most of them plain sandwich bread, but I think I'll add some cheese chunks to a few and maybe a cinnamon/sugar one for the Ryder.

    Oatmeal banana chocolate chip "healthy" cookies, only 75 calories per cookies, but without flour, egg & sugar....they taste like squished up bananas with a bit of oatmeal & chocolate mixed in....not a favorite but I suppose when you sub out key ingredients the texture is bound to change! Not one for the recipe box.

    Drop biscuits as part of tonight's supper.

    Tomorrow we are roasting a farm chicken that we got from my dad. It is about 8lbs. I am going to cook it with onions and carrots. I need to get around to roasting a LOT of fresh garlic...that way I can freeze it and use it as we like. I am also going to bake some potatoes. LO is going to have regular potatoes for the first time.

    I acquired a 4L jug of milk earlier this week that we need to use for cooking/baking. That is why I made fin and hatti with drop biscuits for supper tonight. I anticipate making no bake chocolate drop cookies in the near future (leg hurting too much). Any other suggestions for what to do with this 2% milk? We fresher 2% milk that we are currently drinking.

    My bread is all gone Having complaints from the ranks so today will be a bread day again. I think I may do some more pretzel buns too because they seem to go extremely fast. Thinking of trying a new recipe as well for a bun, will have to see if I have enough time.
