Just got my buddy for the Mother's Day exchange!

I'm a little bummed though, I pulled out over $20 in wishlist coupons for her and then saw we're supposed to send $4 max. WHAT???? I'm confuzzled. lol. I dont want to disobey the rules, but I do want to spoil my buddy. Could I put "These are for the exchange" and "These are a RAOK"? lol

I thought a card was mandatory and anything else sent is a nice suprise. Not sure why people complain if someone got more than them???

Anyhoo... Seems like the rain is letting up. So there's hope it'll be decent this afternoon.

I told DD's teacher I would buy her a pair of scissors for home and work on cutting things with her. Apparently she's been trying to cut her tongue and hair and other misc. things. GAH! WHY? lol. We dont have kids scissors here and she's obviously not allowed to have the regular ones.

I don't see why you couldn't. I've been on many exchanges and if it $5, $10, $15 or $20 I never send the exact amount always more, as long as that minimum is met, I think it's up to you.

This isn't a coupon exchange. It's the Mothers Day card exchange. You only send a card. Up to $4 in coupons if you want but only the card is mandatory. I didn't realize there was a max on coupons until it was reposted/reminded in the thread. What to do???? I think a RAOK is in order. lol

Thank you, Sheets....it's something that I doubt I can replace...if I can, I'll re-send registered. It's just too bad we can't trust CP anymore. I just feel so bad for that SCer who knew she was getting a parcel...that never arrived.......

CP is awful. It's sad really.

I send the Survivor pool winner a registered package, just so that it is tracked and I know where it is and when it arrives. Not willing to take chances with high $$$ amounts.

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with that Lynn. And super sorry to the other SCer also!
