No I don't use the shaker and we don't buy anything in a box or can so I am a little stumped. It could be that I am not eating regularly because I was outside for 3 days and just ate on the run so maybe my body went into that hoarding stage lol.

this has not gone well for me again. I admit I have fallen way off track, but this swelling and completely locked knees, and swollen wrist makes walking, and working a challenge ( the rain was the culprit too), thank goodness I have my right wrist free to stuff my face with high calorie foods!!

This is the exact reason I wanted it changed...I had no idea I would LOVE this site like I do, so I used a username I knew wouldn't be taken...instead of something that was a part of my online persona (which had yet to be developed!)

It has been over 6 months in the waiting and I am so happy people won't be: how the heck to I type/pronounce that anymore!!!

I called her Kawaii...I even looked it up and it's Japanese for "adorable"....maybe you should have kept the name, Granger!! LOL!!

Curt...I sure didn't lose, so it's either a gain or the same....drink lots of water...it's hard, but so much of my weight is just from retaining that crap...omg, does it ever make a difference when I've been 'good' for a week, drinking at least 8 glasses a day!!!

Funny, most people did call me kawaii in their head - you are not the first to say that...but it will be so much easier to type.

Fallen Pixels was the thread puller for me. It would not have been possible without her. Boo is too busy...which I totally understand. I knew that there was a good chance it may not happen, but I guess my patience and non bugging paid off. I sent two PMs about it and said to myself after that leave it alone, these are busy people.
