morning everybody! its a downpour here. it started last night. good timing too, I just planted a bunch of bulbs, fall mums and some flowers in a new flowerbed in the backyard. downside is we have a birthday party to go to at noon and it was supposed to be outside. too bad, I was bringing the kids bouncey castle for the little guys to play with.

DH had to work today, so its very quite here. the girls are snuggled up in our bed watching Saturday morning cartoons and I have the livingroom to myself. so nice drinking coffee without it getting spilled haha

Good dreary morning! I haven't checked in with hubby yet, but assuming grandson is up, had breakfast and is watching tv this morning...hubby said he might take him to Science North today, but I do know we have to take him for his passport photo and get that out of the way; the kids are always so busy with work and just regular life...then the wedding at 4pm...then back to their house to be with hubby and grandson until he goes to sleep and I come back home. Have a restful day, everyone!! Stay warm and dry!

Oh, goodie. Just called hubby...disaster! One of our grandson's goldfish died...a pretty black one...so off to the fish store later to have him pick a new one...and yep, they're off to SN...I have paperwork for wedding and baptism...anyhoodies, enjoy your day, everyone!

Good morning rain covered sc's here. Ours fell last night mainly, seems damp out from the window view, but have not ventured out yet today.
My battery powered pepper mill broke today, darn! I dig out the box it came in, gift receipt still there, box says " lifetime guarantee" !! Woot woot, till I read the fine print limited 1 year lifetime, lol Did not know lifetime means only 1 year! Oh well, I love this model, going to hit Benix where my sis bought it in Jan 2012...I'll spring for a new one, may cost me all of $12.00 but use this one plenty, one handed press button, love it!

Awww...too cute...I slipped Jenny under our blankets while I washed up before bed and there's this little bump in the middle of the bed....fast asleep....they're so precious.....

too bad about the goldfish. that happened to us a few months ago. dd2 named her fish 'suzie' (she names everything suzie). I wasn't thinking and took it out of the tank and flushed it. of course, she was right behind me. she stood infront of the toilet screaming for suzie. woops.

well, off in the rain we go to a b-day party. the girls got their friend the little tikes 'makin mud pie' outdoor toy thing. of course its a massive box and its a downpour still. boo, hope I can get it into the van witout it getting too wet. enjoy your Saturday everyone!

morning...ALMOST afternoon all .. quiet day here so far.. it rained all night. my Dad asked my youngest to mow if it didnt' rain. well guess thats out of the question...
they all went out last night.. late night home. 3:30.. i did get to sleep in a little and catch up. feels good.
enjoying first morning coffee... load in the wash/dryer..planning my projects for today.

Lol...oopsies!! I didn't ask what hubby intended to do with it...hm, interesting. They're having a blast at SN today, our grandson just finished playing with those huge magnets, saw the theatre show on weather, and is now racing cars around the track with my hubby. Passport photo taken...all's well with the world. I'm picking up pizza after the wedding and heading over there...what a weekend for me to be so busy! I feel like hubby's doing all the sitting!!! But he's so wonderful with the tot...
