We just got back from Ottawa, sent DH to pick up a rotisserie chicken deal. They had no whole chickens, so he came home with what he thought was a half chicken, with macaroni and cheese and potato wedges. What it was, a chicken drumstick and a breast, and macaroni salad and potato wedges, and it was $10! *sigh* I'm too tired to go back out, so we made do, DS got most of the chicken.

Well, I think I hit all the 'time of the month' food groups today - chocolate cake for breakfast, popcorn for lunch, and for supper Mickey D's - junior chicken and fries. LOL, I'm a sweet and salty mess!

..my BBQ turned out excellent yesterday...even have some leftovers for lunch....it's suppose to be another nice day here so I might just keep it simple and have some juicy jumbo's on the BBQ and a salad..but see how the day goes, might end up with something different...

I just roasted a 3 lb. strip of pork loin for DH and DS to take for their work dinners tonight. They will have scrambled eggs and sliced hot house tomatoes with that I think.
