@shunshun -points apply to the first transaction in which you buy the product (or multiple quantities of it) in the week of the offers. Sounds like you may have missed points if you bought more than one juice box in that same transaction. Call!

Yes, you do have to cut the PINs and forms from each box.
There is no tax on Nutri-Grain bars. Yay!
You can send in for up to 5 pre-paid Visa cards per househould. I've already received 2 cards so I can still send in for 3 more . . . so my Nutri-Grain bars from today will all qualify.

Weird, I kept getting that "10,000 points for every $50 you spend" offer every week, but now I'm getting actual offers (even though I didn't buy anything last weekend from superstore).

I got an offer for 1,600 pts for Quaker Oats 300g - 1kg. I bought 8x the Quaker Oats pouches which were on for $2 each but didn't receive any pts(hoped for 12,800). I put in a points inquiry just now and if I don't receive the pts then i'll just return them, but I have always received pts from an inquiry.
I earned $50 in Amazon Gift Cards in my first month at Swagbucks!!

A couple of people in this thread have said that points inquiries over 10,000 points are not done automatically, but get reviewed and take 5 to 7 days or longer. The pouches are called "oatmeal" and the quick cooking oats and the steel cut oats are called "oats", so they might be considered to be a different product.
