Afternoon Everyone,
I spent the am packing and planning dh's meals for 11 days
, he doesn't like to cook so you can imagine the thought process and pulling from the freezer to make his meals. Also made his 2 loaves of sandwiches
. Need to go over what I have planned and quantities are fine
. My FIL will be travelling back for his weekend job so he will bring me dh's grocery list or demands for food to be replenished for the following and last week of bow. Then there is a 1 week break and then 2 weeks of riffle begins
.
Wishing everyone a wonderful afternoon and evening

Hi All,
Happy Thursday...
Just looking through the flyers, think I might run out to Walmart to pick up a couple of things.
Laundry on the go, one done, one more to go.
Wishing everyone a frugal day.

Good morning, everyone.

Roommates let me sleep in (I think they were too cold to leave their beds), so a very late start for us. No spying on the neighbours this morning (at least not from outside, Lily dog still has a good vantage point from the window...as long as Quincy cat doesn't take over
), far too cold. I thought it was supposed to warm up for the weekend???
Off to make breakfast for myself (brats are already staring at the fridge, apparently kibble is only an appetizer
).
Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

morning..
well looks like meal planning, is in store for me as well. not much in the freezer to work with. have to get creative i guess.
can't believe less than a week of summer is left.. i enjoy some parts of fall... not all though.
was talking to dh yesterday. went for a bus ride to a local garage/plant sale. to find out info on a plant dh bought in the spring. have to prep it for winter.
well of course my bus is PACKED with students etc' ended up standing for nearly the whole ride.
my bad knee was not doing well. of course right beside me is this construction worker dude.. ya..one of them
well the bus is so tight.. it can get very close..
i was praying the whole time i could either get a seat or that my knee wouldn't give out.
dh said from now on you use your cane.. its in my purse. but i don't like the attention i get.
he was like. well would you have liked the attention if your knee gave out..
hmmm good point. dang it.
anyway. enjoy your day all!Be Strong
Be True
Be You.
Simple as that!

I have to venture out this morning. We`re out of some things. I`m dreading it...my back is still sore so I`m waiting for the pain meds to kick in before I shower. Times like this I wish hubby could still drive.
@ Angela You`re doing great with booking work days.
@ coupon girl Hope you start feeling better soon.
@ MrsS I hear you about using the cane. I don`t feel embarrassed about using it anymore. I used to hate using the wooden one from my MIL. Now they make pretty ones...I have a butterfly one.
