Sold old DVDs for $5 today
and have a pick up later for something I bought to refinish but changed mind. Sold it for more then I paid and have like 10 people in line wanting it!

I turned off the sound on my cell phone while my family attended church this morning. I checked my phone right after service and discovered that I had missed a call for work, but no message. When I spoke with the teacher she had already found someone else. I think I am going to do what dh suggested after this happened. I'm leaving my phone on when we are in the "cry room." That was a dang expensive phone call to miss. It always annoys me when people are impatient to find a sub.

oh dear Angela,. that sucks. as far as im concerned if im not being paid to be in church my phone stays on. pretty sure 'he' understands emergencies and important phone calls happen.

dealing with a doozie of a headache today. dh has my car and need groceries, sent my son to pick up a few things at my moms lol. will get what i need tomorrow.
thinking i better take an advil. nothing is going to get done otherwise.

I forgot all about asking for names for the November thread....geez....October is almost over and shame on me. So I will take name suggestion until 6pm on Wednesday October 29th and voting will start around 7pm on the Wednesday and will close on October 31st.

We went to the Harvest supper at our local hall. It was so good...turkey and all the trimmings and I had blueberry pie for dessert.

Well costco trip was safe lol. Returned 2 tops for a $17 credit and then bought yoga pants and socks for mama and moose tracks ice cream for the boys. A treat! Have the lady coming now for the wood piece. Will post a pic after

We were out for lunch and Scrabble at my brothers-glad I threw a roast in the crockpot this a.m. so dinner should be easy. There is a cold nip in the air and I believe the s word could be happening later today-yuck! Anyway just finishing the second load of laundry and that is it for chores this lazy day!

I really wanted to fix this up and paint black ( already have the paint) but who am I kidding. No time and wanted my garage clean!

-my daughter came at 2.00 we chatted -then took her out for supper on locke street -so nice there"earth to table food bar"an awesome restarant -fresh food,homemade bread plater with cheese -soup ,we shared skinny fries and ha margerita pizza-yyumm with 2 leftover pieces for Monday

Had the inlaws over tonight for turkey, mashed rutabaga, mashed potatoes, fried yellow beans, gravy and I'm stuffed like a turkey myself (lol). Sent them home with a doggie bag as I don't want to eat turkey everyday for a week (smile)

The secretary from a Catholic school just called for me to teach Pre-K tomorrow morning, .59day. Glad to have more work this week.

edit: I have taught at this school a lot this month.
