Hey everyone.
Lawyer secured at a bargain price (snort) and things are moving along. Without getting into too much there is proven infidelity. I am crushed. Kids are devastated. I'm sure glad I had bought a few things early this year or Christmas would be very small. Not too worried about gifts I can be creative
Will read up on what the rest of you have been up to....Black Friday plans?

Morning all,
Decided to get moving early this am while I am totally alone.
Got prescription receipts all together and ready to send to both dh & mine's insurance, just need to photocopy them just incase. Going to call my insurance folks and double check a few things before sending in my claim.
upstairs is all vacuumed, laundry is hang drying.
Going to wash the stairs before the kiddos get home and wipe down/clean the living-room & dining room windows as they are sweaty.
Wishing everyone a great day2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

Casey, I'm so sorry to hear. I was actually going to reccommend you ask around about pricing because fees can vary a lot. Give your kids a big hug for me. Does your work have counselling included in your benefits? It might help.
I think I have to find a truck for an 11 year old (or something to do with monster trucks). The budget is $20. Is there anything like that marketed to older boys in that price range?
I also have to pick up a few things for LO. She's 1.5 years, likes blocks, and "piggy bank" like toys where you can put pieces in different slots. Or maybe a Leap Frog (Leap Pad?) toy? I forget what they're called but they make lots of electronic toys. One of her friends has a book that sings nursery rhymes with buttons. Any suggestions on what your kids liked at that age? Toys that worked and they enjoyed for awhile?

Energy has been non-existent for about a month around here, I'm sorry to hear dh and I are not the only ones dealing with it.
Today I put on my big girl panties and stayed away from the laptop until Noonish and well I was quite productive (lol), I needed to keep myself busy so I've been puttering around doing the odd thing, it's amazing how distracting the laptop can be. The dinning-room & livingroom windows have been washed and the trim as well. Also did the front door.....wishing it were a little warmer as the outsides are filthy .
Supper tonight is leftovers for me and quick fix dinner for the kiddos as I have way too much food in the fridge to cook a whole other meal not to mention we are eating out tomorrow evening which will be a nice treat as it has been a really long time, I must admit and I'm sure we will all really appreciate the treat
So for the rest of this week and all of next week I will be staying off the computer from 9am until 3pm and let's see how much I get done, I think I will be amazed.
Off to bring a few things into the garage as they are still sitting at the front door.2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

Went to Zehrs this morning to get stuff for nuts and bolts. Had a PCPlus offer 8000 for every $20. Cashier couldn/t believe I got 24000 points. Also stocked up on some baking supplies.
Casey So sorry Hon. It/s like getting a kick in the teeth.
Nat Hope you/re feeling better today. These days feeling like 50 would be great lol
