Placed a piece of thick sliced ham steak into the inside of each split chicken breast, crumb covered those and par baked for 15 min a side, then transferred them to a baking dish topped them all with pasta sauce and Parmesan petals and grated Parm too. Agh!! the smell already. These will be for dinner for the guys along with carrots and peas.

There's been a few times I've craved hotdogs. Managed to eat them every day for a week, then was tired of them.
Tonight, it's sweet and sour beef (too lazy to make meatballs) and rice.

No name casserole, lol! Sliced pork loin into strips, coated in a bit of cornstarch to thicken juices for sauce as it cooks; diced onion, two diced tomatoes, garlic, s+p, paprika, can of mushroom soup.
Also put in oven to cook at same time, a 9x13 full of chopped red potatoes with skins, bit of water and oil, oregano and basil, garlic, s+p, chili powder.
Will have with homemade refrigerator pickles.

I have to grocery shop after work so I will likely be picking up a hot pizza on the way home.
