Last night ended up being homemade pizza, for some off reason my Mom bought one of those Philsbury Pizza Crusts (not sure why as we never buy phisbury items as we do not like them). So we used this, it was okay, I could not eat the crust where there were no toppings as I did not like the flavour of the crust but where the topping were was good.
Tonight is another mystery we have a pork tenderloin in the fridge to use up, not sure why but the other day Mom took out a pork loin roast and a tenderloin and we only used the pork loin so now we need to find something to do with the tenderloin.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Had planned to make soup, but then when I was going through coupons, realized there was a $10 off KFC coupon which needs to be used by tomorrow, so we're using it tonight.
