I am currently experiencing a REALLY bad migraine. The barametric pressure is at 99.9kpa and dropping. That is a bad thing for me and part of the cause of my migraine. I took at T3 earlier, it is completely kicked in and I am taking a second one. I RARELY take two T3's at a time (doctor prescribed for my chronic pain with another medical problem which is also causing me problems). Not a good night so far.

I had untreatable migraines for years but then discovered Excedrine Migraine which was only available in the US at that time. It has asa + acetominephen + caffeine and finally I could ward them off.
But you are pregnant - I used to drink camomile tea which helped. Tastes awful to me but it does help.
I don't get a visual aura but I become hypersensitive to smells.

I have a really bad one today, it feels like all the pain is in my right eyebrow and in the back of my neck on the right too, if I stretch my neck it helps, but I feel like I will strain it. Took one tylenol with codeine for now, probably will me taking a lot more later.

I also get them above my left eye and towards the back of my head but just on one side. Ugh they are painful...usually last me 4 days then I get a full blown one where I have to lay in complete darkness and put a cold eye patch over my forehead.

I still don't know what causes mine, I haven't had one in a while, maybe stress related? but when I get them I am just totally not fun to be around, I want to ripe the walls off.

I make sure I am always hydrated, because I find that being dehydrated or hungry does it too.

You are so lucky that you know what causes yours. I have had mine since May2006 and it has never gone away. I wish something could help. I think I have tried everything!
