DH brought a vegetarian meal home from the school chef-pasta alfredo with sides of red cabbage, broccoli and baked squash. Since we also had some chicken out we put that on the BBQ too so there will be plenty of leftovers. Dessert was fresh cut up strawberries and mango.

DS treated DH and I to a meal before the show! I tried to be very good and ordered a pot of green tea, got thai chicken breast with goat cheese, baked tater and roasted veggies. ( Kelsey's ) Had to doggie bag half of it. It'll be nothing but water for me now till tomorrow afternoon!!

I feel the same way, but wowsers that meal was awesome! I saved my salad for tomorrow, ate almost all of my and husband's steamed carrots and green beans, but gave him half of one of my cutlets and fries.
It was from The Cave, in case anyone wants to know. An oldie but a goodie restaurant, but sometimes the classics are perfectly done like nowhere else!

I couldn't figure out what to make for supper tonight. I ended up boiling egg noodles, made a sauce with mushroom soup, canned sliced mushrooms, tuna, and seasonings. Had it all with a glass of milk and lots of leftovers for my lunch tomorrow. LO had cream of mushroom soup, crackers, leftover kubasaw, dried cranberries, and dry raisin bran. It sounds like a funny combination, but he wanted the dry stuff while his food was cooling completely to room temperature, then he ate the real stuff.
We went out for coffee with friends after supper and I redeemed my free coffee from the Tim's online coffee for dh. I ordered a strawberry and cheese strudel with a glass of water. LO fell to sleep on the drive home at 9:20 and went right to bed. I just finished having my "snack." Cucumber salad, boiled veggies, fried perogies, sour cream, cranberry sauce, and a big glass of milk with my prenatal vitamin. Believe me, my meal sizes are small so my snacks are very important for the twins.Last edited by Angela273; Tue, Mar 10th, 2015 at 11:59 PM. Reason: spelling error

Last night we grabbed dinner quickly at Wendy's as we were on the go trying to grocery shop. I will be so happy when I can finally get over this cold and injuries and get back to normal life where I can do things normally, right now I am working one armed due to a pulled muscle.
Tonight is a freezer dinner, everything needed was a couple exceptions was pulled from the freezer, found a package of ground chicken (picked up ridiculously cheap when Sobey's re opened as a Sobey Extra) a package of Lasagna Sheets (I got for free after a packaged I bought went moldy over a month before their expiry date) and package of frozen Spinach. Will add some ricotta we have in the fridge that needs to be used up (got for like $0.50 as it was on sale but close to expiry so had a store coupon on it). All of this will become a Chicken Lasagna.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Me - salad, two eggs on toast. When husband is ready, I'll make him sauteed onions and potatoes, with many eggs over easy - probably 6, and he likes it with plain bread.
