I bought a frozen gf ( veggie toppings ) pizza from Metro today.....feeling like sampling it but I'd have to get up and preheat the oven, then grab it out of the freezer.......maybe.

I have chicken breasts in the fridge to cook (not my fave, but on sale at Superstore this week). That was supposed to be supper.
But today I just didn't feel like cooking! We recently got a $100 GC from Ultramar for buying X litres of home heating oil; we tried to use it while we were traveling over Easter and needed gas, it didn't work. Took several calls to get it working, by then we had taken back our rental car. Anyhow, since we don't have a car, an Ultramar store gift card isn't much good, but they sell OTHER gift cards - like Swiss Chalet. So I used it the other day to buy two $25 Swiss Chalet GCs and one for Taco Bell (still have about $20 left on the Ultramar one). So tonight with the Swiss Chalet GCs I picked up supper; a large rack of ribs with fries, a 'family pack' of chicken and sides (went for six legs instead of the whole chicken since we like that better). We all had a little bit of ribs, a piece of chicken and some fries. Tomorrow, DS will have the Caesar salad with some chicken on it, DH will have the last couple ribs with chicken and potato from the fridge, and I'll have chicken.

No idea, Mom is home so hopefully she has something planned, if not I vote sausage on a bun quick, easy & simple sounds good on a Friday night.

We are having homemade chicken fingers, mashed potatoes, peas and mushrooms-brownies from the freezer for dessert for the dessert eaters.
