Thanks - wow, it is very strong, now that I've grated it.
I looked up a focaccia recipe - kinda similar to the one I wanted to use - and I'll follow that guideline of how much to use on top. Dough is just resting now.

Beef stew made with a Mott's Garden Cocktail base, so yummy. So many people have tried it and have never looked back. Even if you are like me and don't like Mott's Garden Cocktail.

The worst possible meal when driving long distance. KFC! Oh so good, yet oh so hard to eat while driving. Pulled over now. Yum!!!

I've used Asiago as a cheaper substitute for Parmesan for years. It costs less and you don't need as much to get the same effect.

Well, using the asiago tasted really good - the flatbread tasted okay, but I wouldn't use that recipe again - too blah, maybe? Live and learn...

Tonight will be pork ribs - think I might use my mom's bbq recipe and do it in the slowcooker. The last few times I've made them dry-ish style garlicky sweet, so it's time for a change.
Sides - salad and potatoes of some sort.

ok so I forgot to post this last night. After dinner DH announces " you guys gotta eat up them blueberries in the fridge, they're going bad " ok whatever, so DS asks can we make a blueberry syrup to have with the GF blueberry pancakes we make?
Voila! I had him Google a quick recipe to remind me ( easy enough) and while I poured and flipped the hotcakes off the griddle he stirred and thickened the syrup.
    OMG it was so good!
Too bad all the pancakes are gone today, there is plenty of the syrup left though, must make more pancakes!!
