did another early morning cook. Turned the 6 cups of cooked basmati into a delicious fried rice mixture, with diced celery, carrots, onions, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, spinach and bell peppers, and some low sodium made from coconut fake soya sauce, no meat in it though. Baked 6 chix thighs with the Mama Sita BBQ seasoning and pan fried 3/4 bag of these gorgeous jumbo shrimp ( that were free from Metro with redeemed AM) with garlic and Mrs dash.

    I shall nap soon.

I've been craving sushi for over a month. I figured tonight is a good night for it. I've been thinking about it since morning lol. Going to get myself a big 20-piece sushi kit and eat it alllll by myself *waiting for it to be 7PM to leave work*

    marstec, another eye pleaser^^^

So last night there was one lonley Mama Sita BBQ chix thigh leftover, I sliced the meat paper thin, and managed to make 2 GF Quesadillas for DD and I ( with other veggies and grated cheese of course) and 1 Tostito brand for DS. Very little is required to fill these as you do get a generous 6 slices per person. Mmmmmm

Today's lunch is done, Cooked up the Marc Angelo turkey burgers ( I normally do not buy premade and seasoned burgers but 8 of these totally free, with the help of coupons and TENA! lol) and added just a brush of my no salt BBQ sauce to them.
The GF hamburg buns turned out fine, I am pleased with them, DH will be thrilled to get a bun with his burger!!
