Good morning!
Hubby's off to drive our GS to summer camp at the Y, then he has to run some errands...

I've been very scared lately because I can't really walk again because of the pain in my knee, thinking my surgeon might have nicked a tendon when she performed my arthroscopic procedure and arthritis debridement. Honestly, I was in tears this morning, waking up once again in so much pain.
But thankfully I looked up recovery from arthroscopic surgery (even without debridement!) and it can take weeks to months to recover from it! Maybe not good news for most people, but for me, I'm just happy that this pain will eventually end! So I'm feeling better now, if not in my knee.... But I miss my independence once again....but it'll all get better!

Jeepers, Nat, that's such stifling heat, you poor kid. And I bet it's not helping your leg heal, either. Have you made an appt with your doctor, yet? Keep your house as cool as you can, and keep those fans humming! How are the farmers' crops faring in this heat-wave?

Well, 'nuff complaining from me....You all have a fantastic FRIDAY!! Yay for you!!

Oh! Our GS finally lost a front top tooth this morning! Mom and Dad will be so surprised on Sunday, lol! Hope the Toothfairy shows up tonight!

Well, I had a little sleep, which I badly needed.
It's okay in the house now, but I know it sure won't be later.
At least the major smoke in the air is gone, you can only smell it occasionally. Things up north are still bad, though.
Farmers are talking the 'd' word, which is awful. No rain - and this dry spell is even worse because we didn't have much snow in the winter.

I finish the meds for my leg today, and will probably go see the doc tomorrow - though I sure don't want to go out in this heat.

Well, it's dreadful here - and what an absolutely horrid night of hotness. Yes, I usually have trouble sleeping - when things are normal temps - but, gah, with the helll of heat we had, it was just awful!

Another terribly hot day again. I'm so over summer, you can't believe it. (sorry, to you sun and heat worshippers...)
