I never post here, since my lunches aren't much to post about, lol, but I just bought one of those GEFU veggie cutter things, that cuts long think strips of veggies, and oh, goodness! I just did a whole zucchini with it, added sliced cherry tomatoes, some feta, craisins, and a blue cheese dressing and ate the whole thing! I love that cutter! I hesitated spending money on it, but happened to find one for $10 at a local Rexall store, just the one, hanging around waiting for me to come along, and I picked it up. Anyhoodles, if anyone is interested....they're so fun to have around! I've only tried the zucchini, but if that's all I do, I'll be happy about it!

We have a store here that carries local produce and I picked up some red peppers, pears, and tomatoes - I will have lots of my own tomatoes soon, but right now most are green. So for lunch I had a big tuna salad with lots of tomatoes. Got to think of a dinner that uses lots of red peppers - they were .99¢/lb so I got a bagful of them .
