Shocking Accident - I lost my 1969 Candy Apple Red Mustang convertible in a very similar way except it was a crane boom that broke and crushed it. But don't feel bad for me, it started out as my mothers car, I drove the rubber off it every 4 months. They sold it to me so I would have to pay all the repair bills. I was repainting it, and it out in the sun drying because I used the wrong sprayer and the paint had run. Insurance gave me $1000 and I bought my Van which I customized.

Nice day to be down at the beach today, damn wasps put a bit of a damper on relaxing but it was still nice................


Really bugs me that John Tory got the TTC to make fares free for kids 12 and under at the same time they put the fare up for everyone else last year and now they say they will probably put it up again in a few months time - so why make it free for kids if the TTC needed the money so much????? should have kept it as it was instead of them losing more money........helps people with kids while putting up fares for seniors, students and everyone else!!!!

thanks everyone, for your kind words of support. i don't expect we'll get anything back but i do hope they catch the buggers. we lost a few things that *can't* be replaced but it's just 'stuff'. they as i said they concentrated on cash and jewellery.

a word of advice -
don't 'hide' things of value in your bedroom. they go to the jewellery box on the dresser and then through the stuff in the closet.
