Hello everyone!!!

Just came back from running a few errands; my new Merrill sneakers felt just FINE, until my doc put the orthodics into them and they got tight, so I just picked them up from the shoe place and they stretched them out so they're much better now, although I feel like Fred Munster walking around the house with them! Traction I've got! I hope they don't shrink again. So one old lady job done.

Other than that, it's a pretty nice day here although it seems to be clouding up a bit..it's 22, so a perfect fall day. Unless (not to mention any names) gets on here to mess things up. No "trouble making" indeed. Hmph.

And how is everyone else? Busy at work, some of you....and the retirees? Oh. Yes, of course. Doing what we please, when we please, as we please! Life is good when every day is Saturday!!!

Son came over last night, seems like we've gotten into a nice habit of Thursdays and Sundays. When I went down to once a week because I didn't want him to feel 'obligated', he said he missed us too much - awww!

Good morning all, just had the most amazing delicious breakfast, DS treated DH and I when they got in from work. I ordered the supreme eggs Benedict smoked salmon plate...Mmmm, layers of fresh tomatoes and spinach in between! Guys had their pancake/3 meats/eggs/home fries thing. Only on here for a bit, then out to shop for another b'day card and gift. ( for SIL ) Tough to know what she will like.

Yeah you missed it...I should have taken a screen shot...it was a bunch of new threads posted (enough to fill up page 1 and part of page 2) in the Tea Room, some sort of south east asian test (I couldn't be bothered to figure it out) looks like the MODs cleaned it up already though.
