I love that too. When i want something i always make sure i get back to the person and show up (or ask if i can reschedule if something comes up)

This one lady was a no show 2 days in a row then messaged me asking if i still had "the tv" and i was selling scarves snd dishcloths not a t.v..

My training days are over for this round. Passed my test . Now Waiting at the airport for my flight (boarding in 2 hrs) the 11 am checkout time at hotels rather sucks when you have an evening flight!

I ordered bp ribs and mashed potatoes for supper last night...ate half last night and half for lunch.

Pretty pleased I managed to get all my stuff including my stocking stuffers i decided i needed more of, my extra groceries and the blanket i finished into mt bag without having to get a 2nd checked luggage (oddly i noticed it was 4lbs over weight and they didn't charge me.)

This weekend we will put up the tree and ill wrap gifts may be take the time to make some cookies. 4 days of alone time in the evenings has recharged me a bit.

I have a dental apt tomorrow and we will get bfs mortgage disability app in as well (if we get it in early enough it should kick in between 8-12weeks ). From the sounds of things at home he might be appreciating how much he wasn't having to do before i went away. Maybe he wont be quite as cranky at me.

Oh my what a day. Most of my stuff is now out of my desk which is a good feeling.

Was talking to my Dad's assistant and she mentioned she was going to take the gifts for tomorrow to the venue today and thought she could do it in 4 to 5 trips. So I offered to go with her and said I think one of the SUV is around so I can get the keys and take that, well my step mom called and said someone else had taken the SUV as someone's car went in for service. So we figured between our 2 cars (ford focus & Toyota Camry) hopefully we could do this in 2 to 3 trips.

My Dad ended up having to run up to the branch so offered that I could take his Escape and turns out it was Opa's car that went in and it was at the house as he took his other car and the girls watching Oma didn't need it so we were able to get 2 SUV to load up. This year's presents are large and we packed those cars to the roof and still could not get them all in. So we did one trip in the SUV came back to drop them off grabbed our cars and did a second trip. But everything needed is now at the venue and one less thing we have to do in the morning.

Now I am doing the name tags for tomorrow which I completely forgot about. We have not had any the past few years but there are going to be over 100 of us tomorrow. Of this 26 are new to the company within the last year and a number are temps so we decided name tags were a must. So the plan is our HR person will tag them at the door and me and our AP person will give them their gifts.

After the lunch tomorrow is our big shopping trip. I have confirmed the only allergies are my sis and cousin's wife who are both lactose intolerant. Cousin has requested Cheesecake which is fine as I am already making peanut butter cheesecake balls for my half bro so that works out. Also thinking I might make a second cheesecake as it is a fam favourite so we should be covered.

Well better get back to these labels, have a great night everyone

Today we went to arrange our cremations. Paid the total cost for one and just the cremation part of the other one. Never realized there was so much work behind the scenes...paperwork coming out the wazoo. The government even wants to know where your parents were born. I`ll have to call my sister and hope she knows what townships.
After we were done there we went to visit a friend we hadn`t seen this year. I`ve talked to her on the phone but hubby hadn`t. It was nice to catch up with her.
Need to get some towels done before the weekend so I`ll be busy.
    Have a great evening everyone.

    Good morning, everyone.

    Hope all is well.

Crazy busy here (again!). Helping organize the condo Xmas party (there are only a handful of the 200ish folks living here who are ever willing to do any work, & I seem to be the only one willing to do the work without trying to put my stamp on things, sheesh). Today & tomorrow will be brutal, in terms of running around. On the plus side, tomorrow night I'll have time to enjoy the party (until it's time to clean up ). I still haven't had time to finish decorating my trees (4 are done, several more to go - at least the lights are on most of them now, the annoying job).

Will resurface next week, once I've recovered.

Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

I remember you ordering something online from them awhile ago and I just never really looked on their website. But there was a posting for the Skylanders game on smartcanucks that DS wanted so I looked into it and saw free delivery to store so now I am hooked!

Happy Friday everyone! I can't wait to put my "out of office till Jan 4th, 2016" email .
Got a good go on the laundry last night after we got home late but still have lots. Guess I hadn't done it all week and it shows lol. Have a busy weekend planned with 2 hockey games, big group of friends going out for dinner/drinks, a drive to Orillia for free buffet and a few hands of black jack and getting the last few gifts bought then wrap it all up! Sunday night is wrapping night we have decided and I want it completely done. Will finish up ALL the laundry too. Putting loads in the washer and putting all away in between everything

Enjoy your parties and weekend outings, everyone!

Super happy to be online today and get into some daily contests too. Did some housekeeping at home earlier while Mom is preparing for tomorrow's dinner. Not sure if she has got around to getting the last food item she'll need-I had the grocery flyers out so she can check the offers.

Just about to go out for the last few errands, everything is wrapped. Boys just came back from hair cuts and had a slice of pizza for dinner, pup is in the kennel DH is doing the packing, car picks us up at 4am.
We will do our gift exchange on the 26th and stocking on the 27th.
I have everything ready for my parents as we will do our family meal on the 27th. I plan to do the sausage rolls tonight and freeze them. Going away at Christmas certainly make me organized at a whole new level.
I wish everyone the merriest of Christmas's and if you don't celebrate Christmas then enjoy the extra time away from work. It has been amazing to hang out with this awesome bunch of frugalista's, I can't wait to do it in 2016.

I am so glad he was appreciated. I feel it is important to thank those who look after our children this time of year. I love gift giving.
