Hello to 2016. Please be kind to us as we sure deserve it. Did you all have a nice celebration last night? Unfortunately it was my treatment day yesterday & it didn't really agree with me or is that vice versa. I've been taking it very easy today.
My disastrous kitchen was cleaned by my son & I can't tell you how much that gesture of digging in helped me. I didn't want to even tackle it. It was just too overwhelming! Now I am on the jello & ginger ale diet. My tummy is needing some mercy.

Another year gone & 365 days passed!
One thing that goes without saying is that time does go by fast,
We cram so much into our lives & we’re prone to sometimes overextend,
& sometimes we hold our ground & sometimes we need to bend,
The year two thousand & sixteen, once distant & futuristic,
& are we any wiser or at the least more humanistic?
Keep centered & keep hope,
Stay grounded & keep scope,
Have a purpose, hold it close,
Keep it real, not grandiose,
Share with friends, no matter how immense,
Don’t compromise your scruples, they give you sense,
Use eloquence when speaking your mind,
For once you blurt, you cannot rewind,
Make resolutions that you’re prepared to resolve,
Tend to that baggage that you need to absolve,
Keep the finger of blame pointed to where it really belongs,
Right all the rights & if you can right the wrongs,
Ring in the New Year with unbiased impartiality,
As we all will be here again with some commonality,
A place to visit or comfy room just to gather,
Bring your gift of the gab, & I'll bring the blather,
What else can I add to my usual musings?
Except, I hope you’ll all be back for more goofing & schmoozin’.

I hope that we all make decisions that will benefit us & with any luck, no second guessing. Trust that little voice that speaks to you.....Love you guys! xx

Yay! What IS it about that Stealth...or any jet amof...flying over an NFL game: priceless!!

I worked near RAF Fairford...like 15 secs flying time form the end of the run-way...I've seen a lot of planes including a Stealth really closely. My boss didn't mind us working outside when the planes flew in/out for the airshow..

I was so tired from work I layed down to rest around 11pm. All of a sudden I start hearing singing and it's 12.02am lol. I missed the countdown but that's OK. Hope everyone is having a good day.

lol that one was rough. I felt like my insides were being ripped out for the rest of the night. I literally felt like I was dying. But I won't be doing those stupid things often.
