    ...up and at it early this morning..a couple of good Football games on later so I don't want to be cooking! lol...I have a huge beef roast in the slow cooker with onion, parsnip, carrots, potato, etc..and I don't want to be bothered with making gravy, etc so I mixed together, onion soup mix, bull's eye bbq sauce, water, spices, etc...so its a one pot meal (with soft, fresh buns) and I think the leftover beef will be really good on sandwiches later, etc

    Two days ago, I picked a recipe off Pinterest and made this amazing lasagna soup. Wish I had made a bigger batch. Ate it for dinner and then lunch. Today, I made a big pot of beef barley for my lunches for the week.

    I'd strayed a bit from clean eating in the past year so I am trying to get back to it and I was buying my lunch too often.
