​I had my appointment with the prosthetics clinic & i am feeling much more comfortable now. It was getting difficult getting around. I know my mobility will never be what it once was, but I will take this improvement. There are so many advances that are available now in artificial limbs, however our health care system will be a bit on the slow side of town when it comes to catching up & keeping a bit more up to date.

Happy to hear that the visit had a positive outcome. People don't give mobility much thought, until it's affected, so I feel for you @SillyLoocie . Glad they were able to help you.

Just got a call from our DD...it's SO nice to hear her voice..she's chatting with their little guy right now..7am their time, and they're off to Santa Monica Pier today. C'est domage, eh?

Well, I took a video of little black kitten vs little black doggie and omg, it's hilarious! Jenny monitors her closely, but as soon as the kitten twitches, she jumps back like she's been shocked!! The kitten now knows that SHE has the power!! Jenny seems less interested at the moment..

I'm off to WW this morning, then to the pet store for a toy for the kitten...she's done all she can with the little foil ball and the golf ball she conquered into submission, so something more suitable..

No school today for GS, and DH and he have tickets for "Jungle Book" this afternoon, so a big day ahead for them...not my kind of show...BUT it's heading up to +14 today, and +18 on the weekend!!! WOOHOO!!

oh @hicks the game was just wonderful! ( and we won!! ) The seats were better in some ways than last years, however there was a breeze blowing on all of our necks from their ventilation system above?? Everyone in our area was complaining about it. I was really worried both DH and I would wake up with stiff necks in the a.m. but lucky we did not.

You would have LOST that bet hicks! I was up and out of the door for my swim by 4:50 a.m. on Friday!! Got my DD at work after that THEN took the cat to the vet for his tooth extraction. While he was under, DH and I had our " his 'n hers " Physio treatments and then I went to go see the Jungle Book at the show while DH went for a nap.
Now mind you that meant less time for me to be posting on sc for a day and a half.....because someone had to shop and cook this w/e?? hee hee )
So very disappointing for T.O. ( afternoon's losses in both basketball and baseball ) and I will repeat my complaint about the UMPIRES!!!!!
( Bautista once again gets called out on an obvious ball ) ugh!! Not that it mattered really in the 9th, they should have figured Price out and built a lead way before it got to that.

Is this timmins lol because it hit at least +19 today. Anyway on a timmins only forum a guy was saying how he hates people at Walmart price matching and using coupons and says geez do you really need 14 boxes of stove top. So I replied, well recently I got my total down from over $50 to $17. Or I could be like you and pay full price lol. Was during a no frills dollar sale I price matched at Walmart. Because when Walmart opens at 7am it's dead. On the other hand when no frills opened at 8am it was slammed.
