Another fend for yourself dinner here.
I opted for canned brown bean, a couple of over easy eggs and a couple of pieces of toast.
Chips with dip will hit the spot a bit after

My wife had to go to Toronto today and on the way home she picked up fresh bagels from a bakery on Bathurst St. south of 401
Everyone is going to do a look in the refrigerator and put on what every you feel like.

I've started to feel like really eating, so today was sort of a test for me - and for tasting, too (I've had influenza)
Supper courtesy of Sobey's - bbq chicken, herbed potato wedges, onion rings, coleslaw.
Well, I could taste everything - not fully, but mostly - so that's a good sign for me.
Actually had a decent sized portion, too - so that was good, since it was the first food I had today.
