Made a whole chicken in the big boss oil-less fryer. The instructions say 90 mins from frozen for a 4lb chicken and turn over 1/2 way. Mine was just under 3lbs so I did just over 30 mins per side and it came out perfectly cooked and juicy inside. Served with rice and chickpeas. Sorry my pics are always blurry.

DD, Sil and Grandsons brought over Chinese, It was great to see them on a Sunday night and the food was delicious. Best part was I didn't have to cook any dinners this weekend.
