since I live by myself I often don't want to cook huge meals. lately I find myself thinking ahh I'll just have a smoothie. However I make sure it has a bunch of good things like cucumber, carrot, frozen fruits, chia seeds, almond milk etc. Or I will use similar ingredients and make ice cream for dinner in the nutri ninja lol.

Kids are going out, so planning to make a turkey tenderloin stuffed with gouda and spinach, in a bacon weave.
Fried garlic rappini and eggplant parmigiana because they are my favs.
There will definitely be adult beverages.

Our Thanksgiving table yesterday had all this on it.....I am STILL stuffed! lol
- Roasted ( utility ) turkey...first time ever that the missing parts were BOTH legs!! ha ha
- Four roasted turkey drumsticks...just happened to have bought these on sale, so they went well with our legless bird
- enhanced boxed stuffing...I added celery, onion, bell pepper, lots of diced up toasted garlic bread, cranberries and sliced almonds etc to the Stove Top version
- ham with grilled pineapple slices
- Spuds 3 ways! mashed, baked and roasted white potatoes
- sweet potatoes
- butternut squash/carrot medley in rum/amaretto/butter sauce ( just like the Red Lobster side dish! )
- cooked broccoli, beets, and carrots
- par boiled, then gently grilled corn on the cob
- grilled yellow and green zucchini with steamed beet greens tops
- sauteed red and green bell peppers
- fresh made cranberry sauce
- lots of turkey gravy....or as I like to call it..... " the beverage ! " ha ha
- apple cider
Desserts ( all store bought, great pie sales! )
- strawberry/rhubarb pie, blueberry pie, pumpkin pie/whipped cream
- chocolate mousse cake

I bought a small prime rib 2" thick, I am going to BBQ it as a steak for me using a reverse sear.
Grilled graffiti eggplant, some sauted mushrooms and the rest of the rappini should make for a great feast.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone
Saturday was our turkey day with all the fixings
Normally Sunday is leftovers but we thought we would switch it up a bit and have homemade lasagna
So today is the beginning of leftover week and will be a fend for yourself kind of dinner
