Prime rib tonight!
2" thick, did it with a reverse sear to 130F internal temp.
Rare and juicy all the way through!
Save the turkey!

You cook the steak in the oven at 275 F, when it reaches an internal temperature of about 120-125 you remove it and let it rest covered for about 10 minutes.
Then you sear it for about one minute on each side on the BBQ or a very hot pan.
Then straight to the plate.
It is especially good for thick cuts. The result is you get the same amount of "doneness" all the way through.
Here is a better description Reverse Sear

@Spartacus that is funny about the lobster for your Thanksgiving meal. I ate 2 small lobsters last night but these were the store bought frozen and already cooked kind. Melted butter to dip and a side dish of homemade fried rice. @Mechman47 as usual all your meals look simply amazing! @Anna Michele I think your two roasted meats look so mouthwatering....presentation is fine.
I must stop coming to all the " food " threads....makes me want to start cooking something.
