What's For Dinner?

Last night was Pork Chunk in Gravy with Mushrooms and Carrots over rice.

Tonight I am thinking some sort of pasta but that is as far as I have gotten so far

Not sure I'm really fond of what my wife made so I already have a can of emergency food (meat ball stew) for me and there is still a bit of bread that can easily be refreshed in the microwave after a few seconds

I am craving like crazy in my small town, an authentic Picco De Gallo and Nachos with some Street Corn. Maybe I can win some money and go to Mexico again... Or maybe there is an authentic mexican restaurant in Edmonton. anyone have leads ?

Ended up home late last night so dinner was changed to Nachos with homemade Meat.

Tonight not sure thinking maybe pasta but we will see how I feel when I get home. Pretty sure I am on my own for dinner so who knows might just have toast.

roasted a 15 lb turkey last night, stuffed him naturally and added small whole white spuds into the pan near the end.
Sides were already premade ( broccoli and cauliflower are in the freezer )
