    I have a roast in the slow cooker today. Will make sides when I get home from work. (Will make lots so I can make Tupperware containers for the kids so they are ready to heat and eat)
    No cooking tomorrow night or Thursday (I have a work function) so leftovers for all.

    Remind me what a "Hoagie" is again? Growing up we had a restaurant called the "Hoagie House" and I remember eating there but pretty sure I only had fries.

    ..dinner was really good yesterday and there's lots of leftovers for supper this evening, just pile on plate and reheat in microwave and my apple crisp turned out really good , I used this recipe, followed some of the comments and used only 1-1/2 cups flour, a full bag of apples and used an 8 x 8 pan, I had some of the crumble leftover but didn't want to make a large 9 x 13 dessert) I'll use this recipe again!! (I went a little thick on the bottom crust but it tasted like an oatmeal cookie and was sooo good warm with the apples, crumble on top and vanilla ice cream)
