Everyone have a good day. One thing I just remembered about our trip to Germany. My dad is always doing unexpected things and when we got back he told our taxi driver that we were from Little Rock Arkansas visiting family. The whole time my dad was talking I was thinking the driver is probably wondering where my dads southern accent was haha.

Good morning everyone a another nasty day out there and also I think its freezing cold went out to help my DH shovel the snow and its freezing the wind has a nasty bite to it. So bundle up and stay warm if you are heading out especially if you have to walk or wait for public transit. Well by Thor is making a big fuss because I did not walk him yesterday and I have no intention of doing so today either. Can used this day to do my Christmas wrapping. Have a great day everyone.

Morning folks! Well -thankfully, Tootie usually gets right down to business when we go out in the morning and then wants to get right back in. I am fighting off -you guessed it- a migraine. These Alberta clippers can just get lost and stay there! From my point of view! Well, Tootie 's oral surgery kisses booked for March but they will call us in case of a cancelation. The vet seems to think that is likely since we live so close.
Miss "Chatty Cathy" the PSW has just left so it's safe to emerge to take Tootie out but I think I will wait another few minutes.
Cards to be written and mailed...gifts to be wrapped. .. an afternoon appointment. The day will unfold as it will.

Good morning!!
-26 this morning so I won't be venturing you at all.

My cards are made, so they'll go out today, then just appys to make and freeze for Christmas day and the kids' family and friends annual boxing day party.

We want to have them over for dinner before Christmas and time is flying; bought a huge spiral ham at Costco, so that'll be what we'll have with other stuff. We just love being together with them!!

Not much else going on, which is weird...gifts wrapped except for two big ones which DH and I will wrap together again...yep. Everything's on target thank heavens!

@Lynn49 Oh yeah very cold here too. My aunt stopped by to drop off a bread that she had wanted to bring me yesterday. It was in her car overnight and frozen now lol. I'm not going anywhere today but I will use my exercise pedal thing. Booked an appointment for next Wednesday for a haircut and a hot shave. My aunt will take me for groceries before or after that, she will talk to me later about it. Have a good cold day.

@cabmonk ....you used the words "good" and "cold" incorrectly in a sentence.
It's not: Have a good cold day.

It should read: There's nothing good about a cold day.

Have decided I do not like winter here ... since another year and another physical have come and gone and I am good for another 100,000 miles or so, I think I will blow this popsicle stand and go back to the UK for XMAS - XMAS day will be 10C! I can handle that! Just need to get things in order. Hope all are having a superb day here and enjoy the Balmy!!! weather!
