made up a tender beef stew in the pressure cooker on Thursady morning and the guys took some for their work meal. I woke up way too early this morning and see their containers are filled for Friday with stew again! Woo hoo, don't have to think up another meal for them.

Slow cooking a pork roast with sauerkraut, carrots, Dijon and wine. Likely do boiled potatoes to go with.
I am also make turkey carcass soup, so the house smells pretty damn delicious!

...Jan 06, Old Christmas Day! celebrated in NFLD the same as Christmas Day (minus the gifts)....some will have another big turkey dinner but not me!! I'm making a big pot of chili later and have lots of snacks, apps, etc...I have a brie wheel that I can't wait to heat up with honey and walnuts...and if things couldn't get any better there are 2 football games on later today (go Tennessee & the Rams!)

Used a $25.00 Boston Pizza gift card for lunch so my actual cash total came to $3.00.. I got a flatbread and 6 pop (not drinking all at once lol). Delivery fee is $6.00 but I wanted to use up the gift card. Ate 1/2 the flatbread for lunch and saving the rest for dinner. Crazy that it's $28 for that but good thing I had the gift card.
