..at the cabin all weekend...yesterday, we were supposed to have a BBQ and went on this long snowmobile ride (ouch, my back lol, it was buckety!) and before we left I sliced potato/onion etc and wrapped in tinfoil, and then placed in a tinfoil pan with water on the wood stove..however, by the time we got back a storm was approaching fast, so we bailed and all left for home early..I bqq'd chops in the oven (with pineapple) finished baking the potatoes and had macaroni salad and dinner rolls..so lots of leftovers for this evening

..Ash Wednesday we always have fish, so pan frying cod fillets but not sure what I'm having with it

Last night didn't feel like cooking for just made Pasta in Garlic Butter with Parm

Tonight is Balsamic Glazed Pork Roast, Mashed Potatoes & Roasted Broccoli

Home alone so i thought i would make myself ceam corn on toast. I am the only one that likes it here so perfect timing

Tonight is cleaning/laundry night (get it done before the weekend so the weekend can be for fun )

I have a box of Pinty's chicken hidden (so teen didn't eat in the middle of night) Will toss that and a bag of fries in the oven. I have 2 cucumbers I will slice up as a side (to make room for more .88cents each cucumbers with PC PTS ) Dinner done!

Picked up one of the roasts from RCSS and i thought it was really good. Also had potatoes and carrots with it

hubby is working night shift today so we went to my parents for dinner and we had Hainanese Chicken Rice. Now i'm just snacking on spring rolls

..getting ready to go to the cabin for the weekend, its going to be snowy, cold and wonderful!! I made extra pizza yesterday and last night I made split-pea soup from a ham bone and leftover ham in the freezer, it turned out really good..so that will be on the menu today plus lots of snacks and munchies! My wife, daughter and friend are off to Daytona today so i guess im on my own for a bit
