Last night I made up a casserole with pasta, chicken, garlic, onion, spinach, mushrooms, yellow pepper, grated cheese and cream of mushroom soup-DH really liked it and it was pretty tasty-lots left for lunch.

Cabin bound!!! Suppose to go yesterday but things didn't work out..weather, busted my hand...this weekend is also our Winter Carnival, lunch is hot turkey and they do it well..its amazingly delicious, I've been waiting all week for this ...so just snacky foods at the cabin later...have a great weekend everyone!!

On my own for dinner tonight so I pulled a package of Chili from the freezer but I am not the biggest fan of Chili so to make it more to my liking by adding Peppers, Mushrooms & Pasta and make a casserole using Chili as the base and bake it off. To go with it I am going to make a Cesar Salad and Garlic Bread.

Tonight will be Baked Chicken Wings for Mom, I do not like Wings so I will have a Baked Chicken Breast and we will both have Cesar Salad and Probably homemade Potato Wedges.

We had a change in plans yesterday and ended up having Homemade Mac & Cheese with Cesar Salad for dinner.
