Tonight we had Salsibury hamburger helper, but I used ground bison instead. We had both raw and cooked carrots, plus a glass of milk.

Pretty decent Father's day BBQ yesterday. I cooked up sliders ( and some man sized ones too ) added extra ground pepper ( DH likes ) to the meat mixture before shaping them. Then did skewers up with chunks of pork chop meat, pineapple, and bell peppers, also some with shrimp, pineapple and bell peppers. Tossed on a few all beef long franks and some very lean hot and mild Italian sausages.
Sides were macaroni salad, potato salad, coleslaw and cut raw veggies. Sliced and pan fried up some leftover whole roasted spuds.
All went well, weather could not have been nicer!!

Leftover Chinese food tonight, and even with our son coming back over for supper, I think there will still be leftovers - so much yummy food!

..I also have leftover steak..so might do something with that..and I have ground beef thawing for burgers (its a fabulous day!!)

Hamburger steak w/ onions & gravy, mashed potatoes and carrots. Birthday cake for supper. Mom is officially a senior.
