Not feeling like cooking, it's the same old story,
So tonight I offer leftover chicken cacciatore,
The flavour is still there, & I'll make some linguine.
& serve it with a tossed salad that includes some zucchini,
Cooking can be fun, but also a drag,
& there will be no need to ask for your own doggy bag.

My son's comments about the pork chops - that they were good, but it was just 'wrong' - he said only steaks should be BBQed!
(A very odd/funny comment since he's not a steak fan...) They were good, and husband did them just right, so they were still juicy - but def not to be included in any of our fave ways to have chops. We'll save the BBQing for pork ribs!
Tonight for supper - rainy day here, so I made a casserole with ground pork, onions, carrots, beans, peas, corn - in a garlicky mushroom sauce, served over rigatoni

Tonight's plans are nacho chips with marble cheese melted on top (free from coupon), fried seasoned ground beef, salsa, sour cream, and a glass of milk.
