    ..its a wonderful weekend at the cabin so far...we have a Poker Run thingy this afternoon that ends at the local hall where there will be a cash bar and food (fries, wings, onion rings all the good stuff, etc) but depending on how the day goes I have tons of food for later and in case there's a crowd..thunder crunch burgers, spring rolls, cod nuggets, moose steak , hot pepper jelly & cream cheese and lots of cheese, crackers & ham...really looking forward to the day ahead!

    I went to my grand daughters 2nd birthday today and they served a very late lunch so will probably just have munchies a bit later

    dinner for me was leftover konjac " pasta ", with lots of small diced veggies added and crab meat! Mmmmmm.

    I ended up making a tray of homemade mac and cheese last night for dinner. Brought some for my lunch today.

    DS brought home an XL pizza last night for today so the kids can eat that and mac and cheese. We have a Greek salad to finish off tonight too.

    I tried scallops for the first time a few weeks ago. YUM! It was an app at a fancy steak house. $19 plus tax for 2 large ones but so good! (our dinner was free but not sure I would pay that!)
