    Tonight is fridge clean out night and see what we can whip up for dinner for tonight and leftovers for tomorrow night. Salad for sure since we have romaine/cucumbers/peppers/onion etc.

    I worked late and then decided to stop to get my haircut as I could not take it anymore, life was becoming day after day of bad hair days. I have been on my feet all day so I am exhaust and sore. All I could muster up was an everything bagel with melted cheddar

    Its my birthday on Tuesday so celebrations started on Wednesday lol..yesterday I bbq'd A LOT of chicken & ribs, had friends over last night so had some then and there's still some leftover for today! There's a party in the shed tonight, lots of food, drink and music planned (and there will be cake!) All are welcome! The big party is tomorrow night cheers

    yesterday before DH and I headed downtown for a show, I figured I better cook " something " to have on hand for our return.
    Made up 2 long bread loaf pans of meat loaf and pressure cooked up more steak meat with onions/mushrooms.
    So much salad available in the fridge, no point cooking veg up.
    Today I'll make up the rest of the ground meat as a taco filling, shred the cheese, dice up the matching veg for tacos!
    ( the kids will probably have those )

    Mom cooked a roast the other day for sandwiches but work has been feeding me at our events and she did not eat any so tonight we will have the roast. Think I will make up a mushroom gravy, chop some veggies, mash some potatoes and make a Sheppard's Pie.
