Good Morning Everyone,
Got nothing done at home last night but that is because I got the opportunity to leave a little bit year yesterday so I went to Costco after work. Happy news, I came in under budget although not as far under budget as I would have like but I did grab some extras just in a case a second wave is coming, the extras I grabbed were:
Package of Chicken Breast (we are good on meat but just incase something happens and we cannot make it back to Costco)
10 kgs bag of flour (I have one still in my stockpile but I actually wanted 2 more but since I went shopping alone I only grabbed 1, this comes in handy as if need be, if we cannot buy certain things like bread, buns and so on I can make them myself)
Paper Towel (Yes, my location had paper towel and although we do not need it yet, I figured it was good to have on hand just in case)
Hydrogen Peroxide (Mom has mentioned she wanted to grab a bottle just in case, I got 4 bottle for under $5 which is cheaper than I can get it in local stores)
Bread for Mom & Me (I probably could have gone another month before buying but I was there and just in case I would prefer to have it in the freezer than searching for it if a second wave hits)
Downy (It is the only fabric softener we can use that does not bother our skin and it was on sale, so I grabbed an extra to have on hand just in case, it will get used)
Right there pretty much explains the extra month I spent, I was about $100 over where I wanted to be but I happy to have this stuff and have it on hand and not need to worry about it. Even with the extra purchases I am under budget for this month so we still have some $$$ if needed.
Also, not really second wave related but because I got Avocados and Limes, I had not been planning those this month (they are my treat) but the price had gone down on both. Plus I was not going to get anymore Frozen Veggies right now as we are stocked up and my freezers are bursting at the seams but they had Broccoli on Sale and I could not say no, so I grabbed 2 bags, it is frozen it won't go bad.
Not sure why everyone is freaking out, there was no line up to get into Costco last night, I walked right in (I decided before getting there is the line was super long I would just got to No Frills and make it work) and my store had all paper products (Toilet Paper, Paper Towel and Kleenex) only thing they did not have was Lysol Wipes but those are like gold to find there days (I was not looking for them but I heard a woman trying to tell a staff member they had some and were hiding them, there seem to this theory in our area that Costco only puts them out for Seniors hours and is not letting the general public purchase them LOL).
Now this weekend, I have a lot to get done, I have fresh stuff to process, the Chicken needs to be broken down and our freezers need a good reorganizing. Let's hope I do not have to work this weekend, it was mentioned but I have not heard back so we shall see.
Alright time to get back to work and see what today will bring2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

TGIF! Brrrr. I am not turning on the heat at home yet. Repeat lol. As soon as I got in my car I put on the heated seats and heat lol.
I didn't really do anything last night. I had good intentions. DS brought up the clean laundry for me. I need to put it away.
The fridge needs a good clean out. Needs to be done before I get groceries on Sunday. I have 10 huge packages of beef jerky, salami, pepperettes etc. (I'm guessing over $150 worth) My Brother in law has a client that sells at a Farmers Market and had way too much so he gave me tons too. Will be good for DS's school lunches the next few weeks.
Large item was picked up yesterday afternoon. DS took care of it and put the $ on my dresser. Good boy lol. Tonight I will organize and re-post all my listings. Give it a push out the door this weekend hopefully since I will be around.
Have a great day everyone!

Opted to used gift cards and buy Swiss Chalet for dinner. It was a long hectic week again. Next week we are back to menu planning. DS2 starts school and we don’t have his time table yet so not sure if it’s Monday or Thursday. I am hoping Thursday as he has his wisdom teeth removal after school Tuesday. I think I will pull the squash from the garden as it’s cool for the next two weeks and it won’t grow further. 6 butternut and 4 acorn. Not bad for free plants. I am hoping we get another burst of warm and sunshine as I how a lot of tomatoes to ripen. Same for peppers. I did make 6 jars of pasta sauce this week but it was cold and we had pasta for dinner so down to 5. Plan on the weekend is to harvest more kale and do a batch of soup for the freezer.
Friends don't let real friends pay full price.

Good Evening Everyone,
Okay busy night but that is good.
I took a couple of things downstairs and got them put away, more to go down tomorrow.
Dishwasher has been emptied, reloaded and run, just need to empty again (a job for tomorrow). Hand Dishes are done and drip drying (I hate drying dishes) so I will be these away in the morning.
I ordered some accessories for my Air Fryer and they were in today so I also washed these up and they are ready to be used. I need to find a home for all of Instant Pot and Air Fryer Accessories. This kit included an Egg Bites Mold but it is small, I may need to order some for the Instant Pot which look a bit bigger.
I got some of my work done tonight so hopefully I can get some stuff done around the house tomorrow and not fall behind at work. I have a project I need to do which has to be done when no one else is logged into the system so I have to get that done this weekend.
I think I should make myself a to do list for tomorrow and than I think it is bedtime for me.
Have a great night everyone2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

I cleaned out the fridge last night too.
Totally from top to bottom.
It is so beautiful now lol.
I went to No Frills last night and spent $30.55 ( redeemed $30 in pts)
I bought 3 x pc frozen lasagna
Sour cream
Marble cheese bar
Bananas
Orange and red peppers
Pretzels x 2
Hamburger buns
Lots of meals to plan with this stuff.
I also went to Valu mart and bought 6 x fetechini sauce on for $1.49. I like to make a nice pasta dish with chicken/shrimp with this.
Today- drop DS off at work and take advantage of the sunshine. Toss some laundry on and clean up the yard for.....winter.
I will give the SUV a good clean too. Get my bucket of soapy water and wipe it all down inside.
