HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone
Hubby is in charge of dinner and on the menu are oven roasted whole turkey, gravy, stuffing (he does it in a separate pan and crispy on the edges), stuffed potato, asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, and baked beans with bacon.

Leftover Turkey Shepherd's Pot Pie, used this recipe from Kraft , the only difference I used my own gravy instead of can gravy, and added sour cream to the potatoes instead of cream cheese. It was yummy!

I usually choose light meals for dinner
For example, for one night
Ingredients for a delicious pasta salad
Pickled cucumber 200 g
2 large carrots
Fermi pasta 1 package
1 sweet pepper
Cooked green peas 200 g
Cooked sweet corn 250 g
Chicken ham 300 g
1 piece of sour lemon
Mayonnaise 500 g
Olive oil at the bottom of a tablespoon
Enough salt and black pepper and turmeric
How to prepare a delicious pasta salad
To cook pasta salad, first pour the pasta into a bowl of boiling water to which we have added olive oil, turmeric and salt to cook more than usual when the pasta is cooked to be completely soft.
It is better to add more oil and salt to the water that we have prepared for cooking pasta to improve the taste of macaroni. Then, wash the macaroni several times with cold water while draining until it cools completely.
Mix the rest of the ingredients, which include peas, corn, chopped ham, finely chopped bell peppers, grated carrots, which of course should be grated with a larger rib, and chopped pickles and cooked macaroni.
To make pasta salad dressing, first pour mayonnaise in a bowl and add black pepper and freshly squeezed lemon juice to it and mix it and add it to the rest of the ingredients and mix well until all the ingredients are mixed together. To be.
Pour the prepared pasta salad into the desired lid and keep it in the refrigerator for one hour before eating and then drink it.

Dont know yet, but we got lots of leftovers; french onion soup, turkey and stuffing and gravy and cranberry sauce, 2 frozen cabbage rolls, approximately a bowl of frozen homemade chicken soup and the same of frozen borscht; a couple of hard boiled eggs. I think thats about it for leftovers.
